History: Family-Owned Since 1956
Irving Glickman, our company's founder, had a successful and celebrated career in manufacturing spanning 70 years.He was a pioneer in synthetic rubber development, foreseeing the potential of thermoplastics in the manufacturing sector.
In 1956, Mr.Glickman founded The Rodon Group, and we got our start as a modest four-press injection molding shop.We've expanded since then, now operating well over 100 machines and incorporating both automation and robotics into our processes.
